CSUMB: Research Brown Bag Series features GIS Mapping and Virtual Reality Usage as an Empathy Tool

The CAHSS Research Brown Bag Series highlights faculty research in the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.  These monthly events welcome faculty, students, and our community partners and neighbors to hear the latest research by our renowned faculty.  On March 6, we will feature two research topics:

  • Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT): GIS Mapping and Analysis by Dr. Yong Lao
  • Using Virtual Reality to Increase Empathy in Psychology Service-Learning Students by Dr. Jennifer Lovell and Dr. Christine Valdez
