Monterey Bay Moves is proud to present the first edition of Marina Wellness Week from January 3rd to January 8th, 2022 in partnership with the City of Marina.
The first week of January will be dedicated to short daily exercise and educational sessions to empower you to make choices you can sustain all year long.
Monterey Bay Moves needs no introduction in the community when it comes to promoting healthy community-focused opportunities for improved wellness. Their holistic, inclusive, and nonjudgemental approach to fitness has been qualified as refreshing and energizing more than once.

All Sessions will be offered in-person at Vince DiMaggio Park Building. Indoor masks are required regardless of vaccination status.
