Join us on Thursday, September 9 at 5:30pm for a workshop on the downtown specific plan.

The Marina Chamber of Commerce will be joined by City officials who will be available to give us an update and help address questions.

The goal of this workshop is to provide an opportunity for local property owners, businesses, and residents to interact with City officials regarding the Downtown Specific Plan and the changes it will/may require in current zoning laws in the years ahead.

As our city continues to grow, it is often that our newest residents ask about the plans for improving our downtown. This workshop will be an opportunity for the community to learn more about the vision, the transition, and the people involved in the process. It will also be an opportunity for residents, business owners, and property owners to learn more and have a chance to ask questions.
