Free Community Yoga In Marina

FreeLearn to still your mind in mindful movement and breathing, discover a yoga practice that can help you be a more effective, happy, and balanced version of yourself.
This February 10, we are happy to offer the community a Slow Flow Yoga session at Glorya Jean Tate Park in Marina.
Your instructor Allison welcomes all levels of practitioners, providing general and personalized modifications during the practice:
“My intention as a yoga teacher is to cultivate a safe and
nourishing space where students have an opportunity
to find a deeper connection between their mind and
body. I present the asana through alignment-based and
energetic-focused cues that intend to increase
awareness of how our body feels in space and, even
more importantly, how we feel within our bodies. Some
have referred to my class as a beginner-friendly “slow
flow” wherein, slow does not necessarily mean easy.”
