CHISPA is constructing a new 47-unit senior property (must be age 62 or older): Junsay Oaks Senior Apartments at 3098 De Forest Road in Marina, near the MST Bus Terminal and the Post Office. The building will be ready for occupancy approximately October, 2019. There will be a subsidy associated with each apartment in Junsay Oaks, so tenants will not need to have a Section 8 voucher.

If you would like to put yourself on the interest list for this new property, you can pick up a Pre-Application between May 20^th and May 31^st 2019. Pre-Applications must be returned to the Housing Authority before 5 pm on May 31^st 2019.
