A Director-at-Large is a member of the Board of Directors who serves in a versatile capacity, contributing their unique skills, experience, and perspectives to the organization’s decision-making process. While they do not have a specific title or fixed responsibilities like other board officers, their role is essential in ensuring a well-rounded and effective board.

Directors-at-Large collaborate with fellow board members and staff to address challenges, identify opportunities, and devise solutions that benefit the chamber and its members.
