Junsay Oaks Construction Progress – October 2018

Framing of the northeast and central portion of the building is underway.

We have finally gotten the utility pole moved by PG&E, which allows us to start work on the southwest wing of the building. We are preparing the ground to start underground utilities for the new wing, and have the rebar on hand and formed for the foundation.

On the sections of the building already in progress, we are building up to the second and third stories now. On the ground level, we have framed out the units,
and are installing the showers.

We anticipate completing Junsay Oaks Senior Apartments in the spring of 2019.
