Construction of 66 Family Apartments
on Ord Avenue in East Garrison
Marina Chamber of Commerce member CHISPA is pleased to have started construction of our newest development, East Garrison Apartments.
Building information:
66 two-and-three-bedroom apartments. 65 rentals plus one manager’s apartment. All electric construction. 43 apartments will be reserved for households with a member who works in agriculture. Community room for resident activities. The apartments are on two sites with already-completed apartments between the two construction sites.
On the northern site (Site B), we have graded the site, installed underground utilities, and formed pads for the buildings. Next month we will begin pouring foundations. The southern site (Site A) is about a month ahead of the other, and foundation forms are being built and concrete poured. We anticipate construction to be completed in the spring of 2023.
