On September 9, 2021, the Marina Chamber of Commerce hosted a workshop on the downtown specific plan.
We were joined by City officials who were able to give us some updates and helped address questions from the public
The goal of this workshop was to provide an opportunity for local property owners, businesses, and residents to interact with City officials regarding the Downtown Specific Plan and the changes it will/may require in current zoning laws in the years ahead.
