Free Thanksgiving Bootcamp w/ Monterey Bay Moves

Ready to celebrate Thanksgiving with an abundance of fun, food and family?

Express gratitude for your body prior to all the festivities by attending an all-levels Thanksgiving Bootcamp with Monterey Bay Moves.

This special Thanksgiving themed bootcamp class is designed to help build muscle strength and endurance as well as improve your cardio.

This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishers with core training and stretching for a complete workout.

You do not need to be experienced or “already fit” to participate.

This Thanksgiving workout is everything but serious. You will laugh, you will sweat and you will have fun,

It’s Monterey Bay Moves’ gift to the community during this Holiday season!

Meet Coach Elizabeth, get to know the Monterey Bay Moves community and go home feeling like a thousand bucks!

Monterey Bay Moves helps people who are not into the typical gym setting get healthier and happier with outdoor group classes and private coaching with a Health at Every Size approach. They also provide turnkey fitness experiences for local hotels, HOAs and other organizations.
