The Marina Police Department and the Marina Police activities League is proud to announce it will be holding its annual presentation of National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the City of Marina Public Safety Building.

National Night Out is a community-police awareness-raising event held annually every first Tuesday of August. The event is meant to increase awareness about police programs and other programs in communities, such as drug prevention, Neighborhood Watch, and other anti-crime efforts.

Our event will host numerous booths featuring many local groups, service organizations and businesses that provide valuable services to the community as well as organizations that offer recreational activities ranging from athletics to the arts.

There will be many activities for all to include a display of law enforcement equipment from various agencies, free hotdogs, free raffles for the kids, games, eating contests and demonstrations to name a few of the activities that are planned. Our Master of Ceremonies this Year is KWAV’s DJ Mark Garcia!
