Captain Gordon R. Nakagawa Scholarship

Wreaths Across America – Living Wreath Fundraiser

Now through November 29th

The Marina Foundation has partnered again this year with Wreaths Across America (WAA) so that donations can be made for living wreaths to go to Arlington National Cemetery, California Central Coast Veterans Cemetery, Presidio of Monterey Cemetery, or a cemetery of your choice and support the Nakagawa Scholarship for Marina High School.

By purchasing a wreath through this program, Wreaths Across America will donate $5 to the Nakagawa Scholarship for every wreath purchased. To receive your wreath in time, please order by November 30th.

To purchase a wreath, you can directly access the Nakagawa Scholarship Wreaths Across America Page HERE. Click on the “Sponsor Wreaths” red tab to begin. You will be given cemetery and purchase options after that.

If you would like to purchase a Patriot Pair, this is the direct link HERE. By purchasing a Patriot Pair, you will receive a wreath and one will be donated to Arlingtion National Cemetery. Choose from any of the selections listed or scroll down the page for the Patriot Pair.

If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help you navigate through this process.

We hope you will take part in this very worthy cause to honor Gordon Nakagawa as well as other veterans, and to support scholars at Marina High School.

We thank you for your support.

Please remember to order by the November 30th deadline to support the Capt. Gordon Nakagawa Scholarship for Marina High School.

The California Central Coast Veterans Cemetery (CCCVC) will be having their wreath placement and ceremony on Monday, December 20th beginning at 10 a.m. For more information on the event: CCCVC WAA Page.
